Resident Greeter🐾 Our friendly rescue dog Sequoia lives on the property and may stop by to say hello if she is outside. She believes every guest is her new best friend.

The Bag Inn A Hobbit Home

The Bag Inn is a Hobbit Style Home. Filled with comfort and wonder, it will help you step out of the mundane world and retreat to a fantasy world. The Bag Inn features a fire place, walk in shower, and soaker tub. It is 1000 sq ft complete with separate bedroom, large luxurious bath, living and dining space. Fern Creek Farm Retreat

Fern Creek is a small family farm nestled in the forested hills of Yamhill County's wine country. Guests enter a captivating peace-filled space (a separate apartment in the lower level of our home), which is surrounded by forests and gardens where all kinds of life flourishes. Our sustainability practices (see below) demonstrate our commitment to helping life flourish--at Fern Creek and beyond. Vineyard and Mountain View Wine Country Retreat

Our property is available to adults looking for some peaceful time. Conveniently located, our home will be a retreat to come back to after a day of exploring gastronomy and wineries in nearby towns. Numerous vineyards are in the immediate vicinity. On clear days enjoy views from our large deck of Mt Hood, St Helens, Rainier, and local vinery. An exclusive stay at the top of Vineyard Mountain in Corvallis, Oregon allows you to escape to an incredibly beautiful space akin to a hobbit style wine cellar. With three sides of the structure being underground, and the east side consisting of glass walls facing the snow capped peaks of the Cascade mountains in the distance, you will be overwhelmed with the natural beauty from both inside and outside of the home.
