This secluded home is set in the midst of Ogden Valley . The closest adventures can be found at Powder Mountain, Snow Basin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts and Wolf Creek Golf Course. This walkout basement apartment has many daylight windows that look out on a private wooded yard with beautiful mountains views and the Valley. There is a large family room, a full kitchen, dining, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A private deck with a hot tub and a sports court is also included in this property.

Take it easy at this newly constructed tranquil mountain getaway. Located at the base of Nordic Mountain Ski resort, there are plenty of things to do. Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.
