Furnished with mix modern furniture and classic modern appointments. Art, all original, includes paintings, photographs, sculptures, and folk art collected from around the world. Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and other streaming platforms as well as Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk/dining table. Bedrooms connected by a wide passageway with sliding doors making each space a private bedroom room, or if left open, a sitting room off the master bedroom . Queen sized bed in master, and a full sized futon couch with an innerspring mattress in the second bedroom. Bathroom newly remodeled, double sinks and a wonderful large shower with two shower heads. All linens and bedding new. There is large deck off the living room with SW exposure that x over looks a private wooded area perfect for relaxing or dining. (Bird watchers will have a field day…binoculars and guide book for your enjoyment!) BBQ available on owner’s deck above. Our apartment has one king sized bed and one twin size daybed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. CableTV, Wifi, a small kitchenette, bath and 2-zone climate control. Please note kitchenette has a small 2 burner induction cooktop and is more suited to warming up leftovers than preparing a full dinner.

Meals are easily prepared in the kitchenette or go to one of the many nearby restaurants. Also enjoy the expansive lawn area from the gas fireplace on the covered patio. **An additional queen bed is available in our Ford Conversion van for $60 a night**.

The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. Wine country retreat with amazing views

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.
