At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Bathed in natural light this seperate spacious private cottage with its own entrance offers a stylish tranquil vibe overlooking the treetops to the water. Wake up to the chorus of birdsong in the super comfortable king sized bed. Large balcony with modern gas BBQ and two chairs. A perfect retreat to watch an amazing sunset and unwind. Take a hike through spectacular walking trails in the national park or visit pristine surf beaches which are all on our door step within walking distance. Bliss!

Enjoy the sound of the ocean while reading a book or dining in our lovely cottage & courtyard. 20 metres to popular cafes, parks, Kids play Ground, bike/skateboard track, basketball & Tennis crts. 8 min walk to popular Umina shopping strip. Our cottage has one King bed, one King single bed and a sofa bed which folds out to a single bed. Most suited to a couple, or couple with one or two young children.

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

Moso House formerly known as The Cottage is a newly renovated spectacular luxury holiday house steps from Pearl Beach with a Heated Pool and Sauna ideal for the discerning traveller, corporate guest, wellness enthusiasts and family’s.
