This fully remodeled unit features 2 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a massive game room complete with shuffleboard, air hockey, ping pong, movie theatre room, and more. Outdoors, enjoy shared amenities including a large deck, fire pit, patio table, dock, and swing. Two kayaks and two SUPs are included for water adventures. Located on a quiet (ATV-legal) town road, and nestled on a seven-acre wooded lot, wildlife abound. Open concept living area with ample seating, dining room, and kitchen island seating provide plenty of space. Just 40 minutes to Lambeau!

Enjoy some time away in the north woods! Cozy cottage on Chute Pond to enjoy some swimming and water fun! ATV/snowmobile trails right out driveway. Pontoon available for rent with cabin. (Separate Contract) Cornhole boards, fishing rods, paddle boat, 2- kayaks, 2 adult size bikes. Fire pit is available, NO wood provided. Take a walk down to Slippery Rock! Then walk through the park a little further for some rock jumping! Our family enjoys Chute Pond and everything it has to offer.
