Walking distance to the shops & train station, or a quick drive to the beautiful Cronulla Beaches, my cosy 3 bedroom home is well appointed, has comfortable beds, beautiful gardens, a hot spa & outdoor hot shower for after a day at the beach. Small but secure backyard. Off street parking. Lovely walks all around, including the beautiful Camilla Gardens. You will have the full home to yourself and pets welcome!

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Beachside Studio 11 South Cronulla

This Quaint LITTLE STUDIO is quite possibly Cronulla's smallest petite style of accommodation. This studio hosts a private courtyard garden. Close to all the local beaches and bay ,This private studio has a queen bed, with 24hr private check-in. Its position is close to Sth Cronulla shops and Beaches, Trains Busses and Ferries are a short stroll as is the Shopping Mall, this studio is a stunning little place to stay The direct train line to the city takes 45mins.Pls note note no WIFI here :)

Bayside Garden Studio - Sth Cronulla -Steps to Bay

Relax in a stylish bayside self contained studio, detached from main residence in exclusive location in Sth Cronulla. Set in a leafy, frangipani scented garden with separate entrance & on-street parking, the studio will be your sanctuary & oasis while you explore Cronulla & beyond. 50 mtr flat walk to a sandy bayside beach with crystal clear water & 12 minute walk to Cronulla Mall. Nearby are stunning beaches, scenic walks, cafes & restaurants & a short ferry ride to the Royal National Park.

Bedrock

The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. No Kitchen We live in the same house on the property. Guests have their own access and covered parking on the driveway. Pet car

Parthenia Studio

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Free Standing Guest House, Private Outdoor Area

This guest house is very private. It is free standing and has its own ‘no stair’ side access. Walk straight on in. Best suited to singles, couple’s or young families. The lounge and dining area are spacious & the kitchenette comes with all the basic appliances to prepare meals. Out side is your own laundry, and share fireplace & swimming pool. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes' drive away and Caringbah Shopping Centre and Train Station are just a 10 to 15 minute walk.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

Beach-side 1 bedroom apartment.

The perfect place to base yourself for a beach escape. Located just across the road from Eloura beach. This 1 bedroom apartment has an open plan living space with a private terrace and front balcony to enjoy the amazing sunsets. 10 minute walk from Cronulla shops where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, dining and lifestyle options.
