Cosy cottage: quaint market town + antique shops

16th century Grade 2 listed cottage on a quiet street in Petworth, a beautiful market town famous for its cobbled streets and numerous antique/homeware shops, in the heart of the South Downs. The cottage is furnished to a high standard, retaining period features and quirky charm. The cosy layout makes it ideal for couples/solo travellers. You’ll find bars, pubs, restaurants, delis and antique/homeware shops on the doorstep, and Petworth House and park (a National Trust property) is 2-mins away.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Kalou, Eco Escape at Goodwood

Kalou, is a unique bolthole lovingly hand-built from reclaimed materials during lockdown. Previously sited elsewhere, the cabin has recently been upgraded to a more sustainable way of living, off-grid, and now surrounded by seamless views of tranquility and peace, nature and spectacular sunsets. Local wildlife treats include sheep, cows, displays by pheasants, random hare playing, deer running by, and potential sightings of owls. A truly unique getaway with easy access to the South Downs Way.

Cosy Yurt Hideaway South Downs National Park.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Outside there is a large dining area, outdoor kitchen & outdoor bathroom. Child friendly space. As seen on BBC2 My Unique B&B.

Relaxing self contained hideaway in Easebourne, heart of the South Downs national park. Arrive to your own private gated parking, relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the barn, your own garden, patio or the hydrotherapy spa hot tub. Chestnut barn offers a high level of stylish furnishings including a well equipped kitchen area, walk in shower room and a separate double bedroom. A perfect base to explore from, rural walks directly from the door, Cowdray farm shop, Polo and pub a mile away.

Georgian Terraced House (1825) Chichester

The property is a Listed Georgian (1825) terraced house and has recently been renovated by Erickson Mann A five minutes walk from the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre and the same from the City of Chichester with it's Cathedral, restaurants and shops . There is also easy access by car bus or bike to the Downs including Goodwood as well as the coast at West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay . You can lie ,sit or eat in the sun the house has a south facing garden which is a sun trap .

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Kimberley Cottage

A Beautiful and lovingly converted stable block, providing a charming light filled space with many characterful features . We are within the SouthDowns National Park which offers fabulous walking and hiking countryside Crossbush is a small rural village within walking distance of the picturesque and historic town of Arundel , Arundel Castle , Arundel Cathedral and the river Arun, and within easy reach of the sea You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay.

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

We are located a stone’s throw from Goodwood and Cowdray, and forty minutes from the coast. The area is renowned for its excellent public footpaths, cycle trails and pubs.
