Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Wake up to million dollar views of Sydney's most famous coastline! From your birds eye view of the exquisite turquoise waters of Clovelly’s Gordon's Bay watch people below wander along the famous Coogee to Bondi coastal walk or gaze the ocean cliffs to Maroubra and beyond. Feel like a swim? It’s just a few steps down to Gordon's Bay beach or Clovelly Beach, both also famous for amazing snorkeling! For bigger surf Coogee Beach is only 800 metres away + world-famous Bondi Beach a 12 minute drive!

Fully air-conditioned and free wifi Please note that the approach to this peaceful nook is via a pathway past a front residence and involves two flights of steps (about 30 in all). If you have mobility issues or have significant amounts of luggage / strollers please factor this into your decision to book. Well worth the effort if you're up for it. 😊

The Studio has it's own private entrance - come and go as you please! Our enviable location is perfect with or without a car, with public transport, amazing Cafe's, Restaurants and Convenience Stores just two minutes away on foot. Boasting a modern shower room and kitchenette, it comfortably sleeps two in a Queen size bed. WIFI.

This designer apartment is newly renovated and positioned on the top floor facing N/E nestled amongst the tree tops with ocean glimpses on the horizon. A quiet and private location with free street parking and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Enjoy Charing Cross with its boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and public transport. Bondi junction Westfield and train station is an easy 20 minute walk. Busses are available from nearby streets. *Not suitable for children and infants.

A self-contained, spacious and light-filled studio in beautiful Bronte. This apartment is only a short walk to Bronte beach and just around the block from a small supermarket as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Coogee and famous Bondi beach are also close-by yet the studio is set in a peaceful location amongst trees. There is a private entrance from the back lane but we live in the house across the garden so are generally available to help with your questions.
