It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Come stay in our charming, homely unit in Thirroul. With plenty of free on-street parking, leave the car and stroll down the hill to the many thriving coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Take a short walk or drive to the beautiful nearby beaches. Centrally located, the unit is walking distance from express trains and buses. It is just 1 hour to Sydney or 15 mins to Wollongong. You’ll love it because of the wonderful birdlife, peaceful ambience, sea breezes, comfortable accommodation and proximity to several beaches. Coalface is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and small families (so long as happy in a studio style accomm). Private entrance and terrace with bbq. A small fenced yard surrounds your terrace area and includes an additional outdoor bathroom.

A spacious self-contained retreat with private entrance situated right next to the rainforest. The relaxing interior includes a wood fire, air conditioning and a modern kitchen with all appliances. The marble bathroom is stunning. Outside is a wonderful area for dining day or night with a gas BBQ. Privacy screens separate you from the main house. Enjoy sounds of the rainforest, including lyrebirds, while enjoying coffee and breakfast on the private balcony.

A large charming renovated two story terrace full of character and homely comforts. Large sun filled decks have been built to make the most of the beautiful ocean views creating a relaxed space for family and friends to enjoy. Walk 2 mins to the end of the street and you’ll be at the Scarborough hotel where you can have a drink, coffee, a casual lunch or dinner surrounded by incredible views of the ocean!
