Stroll to a nearby restaurant for a locally-sourced dinner, then snuggle up in front of the TV in our peaceful retreat. Our separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled backyard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

Enjoy the quiet house and back yard furnished with barbeque and propane firepit. Perfect for the lovely Davis evenings. Take a one block walk to Davis downtown restaurants and stores. Only a three-block walk to the UCD campus. The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable indoor dining and living area. Equipped with Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, x-box and DVD player. Off-street, covered parking makes unpacking and packing easy.

Spacious Craftsman House in Downtown Davis

Casa Contente is a spacious craftsman house centrally located in downtown Davis. Dining table comfortably sits 8 and may squeeze in 10 people. Fully stocked kitchen is a cook's dream. We are a perfect house for a quiet family get together and NOT a good match for a party. NO PARTIES/NO SMOKING. Also, there is not much of a backyard, so we wouldn't be able to accommodate any gatherings outside. We reserve the right to ask for an ID prior to booking or checking in.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Cozy Old House

This cozy old house is located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the busy downtown area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops located here.The Davis food Co-op and the famous Saturday morning farmers market are both with-in walking distance. This house has an updated kitchen with the basic cooking necessities. Get a good nights sleep in the comfortable bedrooms after relaxing on the rear screened-in porch.

Large Comfy Cottage- Close to Downtown

Close to Downtown, Cal Expo, Airport, Sac State, UC, Davis, Discovery Park, and Golden One Center. Hiking Trails and River access close by. Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance. Private studio with kitchen and bathroom and more!

Our 550 SF private studio is a short drive from the UC Davis campus and walking distance from two bus lines. This studio is located on top of a garage detached from our main house. Many different kinds of fruit trees are available for the guests to enjoy. There are washer/dryer and bikes are inside the garage for the guests to use. High speed internet and TV cable channels are through Xfinity.
