Charming duplex in central Davis

Our charming 2 bedrooms/1 bath duplex is located in central Davis.. Within walking distance (15-20 minutes) to downtown Davis and UC Davis depending on destination. It has internet, a comfortable king sized bed and a full sized bed . A large dinner table and a fully functioning kitchen (no dishwasher). The bathroom is stocked with toiletries. There is a washer/dryer. We might be flexible with check in/out time. Also if there are blocked dates, we might be able to open them, please ask.

Recently remodeled and updated, very clean. (I'm enrolled in the Airbnb covid cleaning program and the studio is also on its own ventilation system.) Excellent for solo business travelers/students looking for a quiet retreat or to quarantine. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood west of the UC Davis campus, with easy access to bus lines, greenbelt parks, stores, restaurants, and bike paths. Easy 10-minute bike ride to campus.
