This home is infant friendly and offers a high chair, pack and play along with a variety of games and Ping Pong table. Both bedrooms offer Roku TV with Netflix and Disney+

This Charming Home is only 5 blocks to Downtown Appleton with a fenced in yard. (1 friendly dog allowed, no cats please). Downtown Appleton offers many restaurants, boutique shops with one of a kind clothing and items, The Performing Arts Center, bars and coffee shops. You are approximately 8 blocks from the river that has walking trails and 28 miles to Lambeau Field. PLEASE READ: the driveway is shared with house on back of lot and fits 2 cars or a small SUV. No TRUCKS will fit.
