Perfect house for a beach getaway

Charming beach house on a private street just 1 block from Seacliff and Rio Del Mar beaches. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large bonus room, there's space for everyone. The roomy kitchen was completely remodeled in 2019 and new 6-person hot tub added in 2021. Close to everything, but away from the crowds, this is the perfect place for a getaway - BBQ on the main deck or soak up the sun on the roof deck. (Sorry, NO parties, NO pets) (NOTE: 11% county tax will be added to all reservations)

Self check-in, renovated pretty house with ocean peek is located on the safe quiet neighborhood with free parking and Internet. Brand-new beds are queen-size. The floors are all laminates which are nice and clean. The house is close to Monterey, HWY 1, 17-Mile Drive, Monterey Aquarium, Lover's Point, Carmel beach, Point-Lobos State Park, Big Sur , DLI and NPS, a couple of minutes to shopping centers, restaurants, an ideal home for a family to explore Monterey Bay areas. They live in the cottage on the back part of the property and there is a charming privacy fence. They are very diligent to make sure your privacy is respected.

PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS: Spacious house with a loft bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub, skylights, full kitchen, large living room and dining area. Lots of light. Two decks, yard, driveway and garage for parking. Only a 0.3 mile walk to the beach and boardwalk. A 0.4 mile walk to the wharf. And a 0.7 mile walk to downtown. Lots of outdoor activities in the area! Unfortunately the house is not suitable for children under 10.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We have all new furnishings. The mattresses are high quality and new. All linens are new. Immaculate house. Everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen is complete in every way. There is a large deck with patio furniture and new BBQ. There is one security camera located in the front yard.
