South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

This beautifully presented chalet is within an old vineyard in a woodland area on the outskirts of Ryde ,with stunning views around the property. Although secluded, it is just a short distance to Ryde town centre & beaches . The property boasts a living/dining room with a smart tv and dining table and chairs , one being a double sofa bed.. Walk in shower in bathroom.. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher… The bedroom can be made up as 2 singles or kingsize upon request.

The Nest: A Unique Retreat on the South Downs Way

On the South Downs Way, nestled in a beautiful spot amongst trees, with countryside views across farmland, The Nest is a hand-built wooden cabin positioned at Springfields, Spring Gardens Nursery. An area of natural beauty, yet a short walk to the PYO areas, farm shop and wonderful cafe at The Gooseberry House, it has immediate access to footpaths and is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Private parking on site. Recent new kitchen area & shower fitted for guests comfort, to enable longer stays.

Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

The Cottage at The Dene - With Goodwood Healthclub

We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate. The Coach House is a totally unique property, nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Chobham Common. Spread over two floors, this charming accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen, & a utility room. There is also an outdoor seating area equipped with barbeque, perfect for unwinding.
