Take a short 1/2 block stroll to the sand, racetrack, or Cedros Ave. Short distance to shops, music venues, breweries, top rated restaurants, bicycle/surfboard rentals, Amtrak, and more. Located on east side of Sierra Ave. about 200 meters/ 2 min walk to ocean. Condo DOES NOT an have an ocean view, but community offers ocean views and access.

Queen bed in master and twin bunk beds in guest with two pull out couches. AC,Flat screen TVs, wifi & cable. Walking distance to all the Oceanside hot spots and rail. Pets fee is $250

Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.
