Villa Giotto

Villa Giotto is a fantastic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom semi-detached villa, with modern comforts such as air conditioning, internet, and WIFI. Set on top of a hill in a panoramic position close to Volterra, it boasts stunning 360-degree views from its large private gardens and terraces and the communal pool. The large open-plan lounge is a very comfortable and sociable space with three sets of patio doors to take in the views, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher.

My wife and I are delighted to invite you to our villa on the highest hill of Chianti, where splendid views slope gently toward Florence on the horizon. We finely restored it and carefully furnished it, to offer our guests the warmth of our very own vacation home - with broadband connection, the perfect solution for working remotely - and a generous garden to enjoy the sunset beyond the vineyards. This is why we always keep the pleasure to welcome you personally into your home away from home.

Cottage with private terrass on a sustainable farm

The cottage is located on La Ca’ Solare a beautiful organic farm from the 19-century on a sweet hill with a large pool. You can have a beautiful three room cottage (40sqm) with a marvelous view. You will have a private terrass with a table and chairs . Upon reservation breakfast buffet is available at the price of 13€ per person/day. Dinner are served some days with fixed menu and organic products. Dogs are welcome and the cost is 50€ per week. AC is available and will be charged 5€/day.

Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

We offer our apartment for you holiday. It has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom. Not to forget a nice big sunny terrace. It's about 600m outside of Capoliveri, free parking space and a beautiful view. Before arriving all guests have to be registered in Istat (Italiaans statistic bureau). Therefor we need the place of residence and gender of all the guests.
