Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Must be ok with steps, lots of steps! Located in downtown Lehighton Pa. A few minutes to historic downtown Jim Thorpe and the D&L trail for hiking, biking, rafting, wining, dining and more! Also 20 minutes to Blue Mountain Ski Resort. We have a designated parking lot if street parking isn’t available. Never a parking concern. Walking distance to Insurrection distillery, Bonnie & Clyde’s restaurant as well as many local shops.

Come and enjoy your stay at the Historic Lakewood Park. We have ten cabins open year-round for rental at the property. Each offers an enjoyable experience on our 63-acre and 10-acre lake. Amenities include single-room cabins with fireplace, kitchenette, queen bed, couch (folds to a bed), private bathroom with 5' tiled shower, wifi, cable TV, lake fishing, hiking, outdoor firepit, grill, and more. Linens are included with this cabin (bedding, pillows, towels, wash clothes, soaps, shampoo, etc.)

The treehouse is centrally located on the 66-acre property. It is near the bathroom, hot tub, duck pond, and our flock of chickens. It has 3 large screened windows and a sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. You'll love the sunsets, and being immersed in nature. Bird and deer watching! Fall foliage and cozy fires! Goat and cow snuggles!

It is three miles from access to the Appalachian Trail and is an ideal respite for thru hikers. It is a quiet, sunny room just a few steps from a private bathroom in the main house. A small suite located above the town of Jim Thorpe. I am really geared towards couples looking for a weekend getaway. The space is smaller but very easily accomadates two people. A big step up from any hotel room/suite. The rental is not located in the town of Jim Thorpe. I am located about 10 minutes outside of town and about 5 minutes away from Penns Peak. The rental is connected to home but completely seperate.
