The newly built apartment of 43m2 consists of kitchen with all accessories and complete equipment ( filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, 2 electric), a seperate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bath. Direct access to the balcony with a seaview. ( to the Island of Cres, Marina, Island of Krk ) It is 80 m away from the Seaside promenade.

Studio se nalazi ma prvom katu obiteljske kuće i cijeli je orjentiran prema moru. Iz glavne (spavaće) sobe kao i s prostranog balkona pruža se pogled na Kvarnerski zaljev. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.
