Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

The house is situated in 10 000 m2 olive tree field, that is only for the guests. It is a 100 years old mediteranean bergerie completely renovated few years ago. As it is situated at the top of the stone terraces, it offers a breathtaking view over the Kvarner bay, islands Cres and Krk. The house is not far from the sea, but as it is very uphill, it is easier to go with the car.
