This modern 3800 sq/ft farmhouse is situated on a 7.5 acre Berry Farm in Central Saanich. Your view overlooks trees & has a private setting. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, house sleeps 13 people. Amenities: 18ft round pool (4 ft deep), 6-8 person hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor lounging/dining area, children's play room connected to their bedroom. King Ensuite is on the main level. It is 3-8 to Butterfly World & Butchart Gardens. Peaceful, spacious, relaxing home, NO GAMES ROOM.
