Permanently Anchored in the Knysna Lagoon, it’s a two minute dinghy ride from the Knysna Waterfront and we’ll give you lessons to get you going on the water. Myrtle is one of the original Knysna houseboats and has a lovely wood finish inside. With its two decks, it’s perfect for lazy days floating on the lagoon. Inverter for load-shedding. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room for cooling and heating as well as gas heater. Electric blanket on main bed. Space for sports equipment outside of back door. The Loft on Leisure

Our loft is a simple, self-catering unit based at The Leisure Collective on Leisure Island. Updates in July 2025 included renovations on the bathroom, kitchen and living area for an improved guest experience. Suitable for longer stays with a fully equipped kitchen, ample cupboard space and daily servicing on weekdays. The loft looks out over the gardens and enjoys great light throughout the day. Uncapped WiFi, Smart TV, Weber Barbecue, Bicycles, Kayaks, SUP’s, Hotel Pool & More.

Loerie's Perch - On Knysna Lagoon

Loerie's Perch is a beautiful apartment situated under a leafy Yellow Wood tree-canopy with breathtaking views of Knysna lagoon. Spacious and open plan it's a great choice. A large patio is the ideal setting for sunset & sunrise views, or sumptuous meals. Best of all, only minutes away from the Waterfront, beaches and attractions. Note: we are off-grid, both water and electricity - and therefore not affected by load-shedding or municipal issues - in general!

Self catering, fully equipped large cottage with top end appliances and luxury bathroom. Very private, with gorgeous views of the Knysna lagoon. Guests will enjoy sleeping on beautiful queen slay bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, and a single bed. Kitchen has gas hob and microwave. Lots of private parking and close to town and eating spots. Camp cot available. Goose cottage is off the grid, so during loadshedding we are fully functional.

Forest Heart Cabin is the perfect getaway. It is private and quiet, with a breath-taking view of the Knysna forest. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, champagne on the deck when you arrive and watch the sun rise over the mountains in the morning or soak in the luxurious slipper bath at sunset! The Cabin is ideally located and a 10-15 minute drive to Knysna, as well as the gorgeous Buffalo Bay Beach and a number of forest walks.
