Cozy Nashville Attic Apartment

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Includes large screened porch, a shared outdoor patio with moss covered bricks/stone walkways and waterfall pond garden complete with koi and goldfish to feed. Pets welcome.

Our upstairs apt, the Songbird Spot, is steps from Belmont University, moments to Vanderbilt, minutes to downtown, 1.5 miles from the convention center and in walking distance to 12 South, Downtown, Edgehill, Hillsboro Village and more, you won't find a better spot in all of Nashville!
