The place is a Motel like small studio, very privacy. You have yourown queen bed, toilet and bathroom. It's air conditioned, has a TV and bar fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee machine,toaster, small stove, sink, sandwich making, and hair dryer, spaces for rest, this room we only have street parking for free and walking distance to the nearest train station is Yennora just 500 metres. The trains can take you to the city or Campbelltown. Major shopping centres are in Fairfield about 1 km away.

The unit is on a quiet cul-de-sac street close to a large reserve. It has its own amenities and entrance that you don't share with anyone else. Bus stop to Parramatta or Castle Towers is 300 metres away. 800 metres to the bus stop on M2 and you can be in the city after 3 stops. 5 minute drive to 2 Shopping Malls. The unit is on the left end of the whole house. Its bedroom and bathroom are upstairs；the kitchen/dinning and washing machine are downstairs. NETFLIX and NBN WI-FI are provided.

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. In the leafy suburb of Engadine, in Sydney's south, our property is located on the doorstep of the Royal National Park and Heathcote National Park. Either relax by the pool or spend the day walking in the National Parks (or both), or simply stay with us if you're looking for a comfortable bed in the area.

100 year old Railway Carriage

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.
