È stata costruita circa 15 anni fa, quindi si tratta di un alloggio nuovissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, Wi-Fi e aria condizionata), così come di due posti auto privati. We are 200 meters from the medieval walls and the historic center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We are located in a very quiet residential area, but very close to shops and a pharmacy. The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It is our custom to provide the house with a welcome kit for the needs of the first few days, so that our guests can provide for their needs without urgency.
