Enjoy this stylish and centrally located studio located just a short stroll to Bondi Beach. You will be on the sand in five minutes enjoying the sun and surf. Cafes and restaurants are also nearby as well as convenient transport options to Bondi Junction or the city just two mins away. The self checkin studio is completely private. It is close, but detached from the house. It consists of a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom/shower/toilet and washing machine, kitchenette and relaxing outdoor space.

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

Our clinker brick feature wall reveals the heart imprint seen on real Sydney convict bricks. Our street was built in the 1880's. Our building was completely rebuilt in 2018/2019. Our location & neighbourhood is inner west Sydney at its best. We are just 280 metres from Erskineville Station, which means we are just 15 minutes from the Opera House and 9 minutes from Darling Harbour- 160 ms. from Erko. village- 700 ms. from King St. Newtown. Bamboo house is a luxury 3 bedrooms house located close to the city, airport, Brighton La sands beach, Arncliffe train station. The house can accommodate up to 9 people ( 3 Queen beds & 1 sofa bed, two mattresses). The House itself is located on a huge piece of land and contains three separate premises, a granny flat at front, 2.5 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) and three bedrooms house (Bamboo House) at the back. All the three premises are very private with magnificent garden.
