Michelle and I are retired professionals. Our place is close to Weirs Beach, Lester Pearson College, Galloping Goose Trail, East Sooke Regional Park. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. We are on 2 acres of wooded property with a self-contained suite over our garage. We are frequently visited by deer, rabbits & eagles. Lic.no. 001670.

Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from private entrance with keypad entry. Dogs are OK -$20 charge per dog & per night, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above, you might hear toddler footsteps (2&4 yrs)

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and work desk. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Towels, soap and shampoo are supplied. You are welcome to share our little backyard oasis and gas fire pit.

Watch seals, eagles, and cormorants as you drink your coffee on the wide deck. Super-comfortable beds. Cottage-like feel.
