Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

Maison indépendante avec jardin privatif, située dans une propriété de caractère, ancien Presbytère d'un charmant village. Jolie vue sur la campagne, la rivière, le vieux pont. Situation privilégiée: balades à pied au lac de Pont et à vélo le long du canal de Bourgogne. Proximité de la belle ville de Semur En Auxois et de merveilleux sites réputés (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golfs de Pré Lamy et du château de Chailly.

Gîte dans le Parc Régional du Morvan, à la frontière de l'Auxois et près des lacs. En pleine nature, dans la forêt et au pied d'une rivière. Indépendant, dans propriété privée et demeure familiale (depuis 4 générations), calme exceptionnel. Accessible par un balcon, cuisine ouverte sur salon et salle à manger (2 canapés dont 1 clic clac pour 2 personnes ). A l'étage, 1 douche et 1 WC, 2 chambres double (dont 1 avec un lit superposé) sous mansarde, avec chacune un lavabo. Rénové en janvier 2021.
