It is one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago. Parking is easy! We’re 2 blocks away from a park (dog park, playground, walking/running path, tennis courts, indoor and Olympic sized outdoor pool). This welcoming studio was completely rehabbed and updated. We put a lot of care into designing a relaxing apartment with all the amenities. The main room features a king-sized bed, office nook, and fully stocked entertainment area, with games, books, and a TV. The spacious kitchen and luxurious bathroom are brand new!

Relax on cool evenings in our luxurious, very private, 4' deep cedar hot tub nestled in the evergreens, while the moon and stars swirl overhead, the waterfall cuts thru snow into the koi pond, and the fire table and torches blaze. The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!
