Less than 10 minutes to downtown and the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh campus, shopping, restaurants and Main Street. Great location for walking, bike riding and just seeing the local sites. Salvaged & repurposed building supplies used to create a unique studio apartment above the bakery retail.
