Located in the Mojave Desert and just steps from the Charleston Peak Winery, our beautiful Cabernet Cabana pool house is the perfect escape for you & your guests. The 1400 square ft pool house comfortably sleeps 6 with a private pool & hot tub and plenty of indoor/outdoor space. The pool house is located on 1 1/2 acres in an upscale neighborhood . We live in the main house. Our property is very quiet, secluded, and walled. Plenty to do, including pool table, darts, horseshoes, games, etc.

The house has fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, Livingroom with T.V.- 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 bedroom with king bed and 1 twin bed. Livingroom has a pull out sofa and a recliner chair. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower. Also has a laundry room.

The house is large enough to accomodate 2 families or more. Gated around the property for safety and plenty of room to park large vehicles, trailors and RV's. Even has RV Hook-ups if needed.
