It's walking distance to Bass Lake (boat launch), close to Lake MI access points, and nearby Silver Lake & Ludington.Unwind and grill out on our wrap around deck, soak in the hot tub, or have a campfire.

Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.

About 4 blocks from downtown- walk/bike to Lake Michigan, restaurants, breweries, etc. Short drive to Ludington State Park, Pentwater, and Silver Lake. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
