Newburgh, Fife is a historic town with deep roots in Scotland’s textile heritage. In the 18th century, linen weaving was central to daily life, carried out in small weaving sheds and cottages. Our place is approximately half way between Perth and Dundee, 1 hour from Edinburgh and 1hr 15 mins from Glasgow. A large house that sits on the side of the lake, the house is ideal for families, larger groups, or smaller groups who need separate bedrooms, and well behaved pets. There are 6 bedrooms - 1 double room, 4 twin rooms and 1 room to be used as a small sitting room or a bedroom with one day bed and an occasional camp bed. Pets are welcome - please do not leave them alone for long.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
