With wonderful views over the countryside there is plenty of outdoor space to explore or sit and enjoy from the patio. A large lounge, with an open fire for the winter. Local amenities close at hand, with family friendly activities. Plenty of local restaurants or enjoy dining in. Only 6 miles from golfing at St Andrews.

Chair-bed suitable for child or small adult for £20 extra. Well-behaved pets welcome but NOT to be left on their own, garden is enclosed but not secure. No weeing or soiling on the grass. Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cart shed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable. A car is required.

Pittenweem boasts the last working fishing harbour in the East Neuk with it's famous 117 mile long coastal path passing right through the village . Clatto Bothy is a recently refurbished, fully furnished semi-detached cottage less than five miles from St Andrews. The self catering accommodation consists of a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and a large living space. There is one double bedroom and a large shower room. The cottage sleeps two and offers peaceful surroundings within easy reach of St Andrews. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. The Bothy has its own private parking area.

The “19th Hole”, is a private apartment attached to the main house, Beech Hill. It is newly converted to a high standard and can accommodate two people. The village of Peat Inn is situated in North-East Fife close to St. Andrews and is home to “The Peat Inn” Michelin star restaurant.
