1941 WWII Douglas DC-3 Airliner. Flown by the United States Marines for military transport services between Guam, Midway, and Pearl Harbor. Retrofit for overnight comfort with A/C, heat, bathroom, shower, kitchen with outside deck and grilling area, and campfire pit set amongst the trees alongside a private lake with dock. This newly built cabin, includes one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bathroom, a full-size kitchen, wifi, and laundry.

On the Pioneer Creek, you are just moments away from hunting, fishing, kayaking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, canoeing, ATV/UTV trails, bike trails, or just plain relaxing. This carriage-house apartment can sleep up to five in a bedroom with queen size bed, full size hide-a-bed in living room, and a twin bed in the lloft area. Canoe is available for use.

The surface water area is over 1700 acres with 35 miles of shoreline for boating, skiing, swimming, jet skiing, and fishing!
