The Village Farmhouse

Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. You have the apartment to yourself-large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, as well as pastries, snacks, and diy breakfasts available.

Rustic Cabin (on 22 acres with a creek)

Relax in the woods in this rustic & cozy Log Cabin situated on 22 acres with a creek. Guests have access to all 22 acres. Memory Foam King sized bed, and pull out sofa for extra guests. Deer and other wildlife are in abundance. Cabin is fully furnished with Stainless gas stove, Stainless refrigerator , shower, smart TV (we do not have cable, but you may connect to your cellular device ex Netflix/YouTube) Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee pot, firepit, and other necessities. 🪵 🔥 🦌 🍃

We look forward to welcoming you to the secluded beauty of our space, designed and built by my husband on our 20 acres of wooded property in the rolling hills of Central Ohio. A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

Unique Kabin in the Woods

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. Granger St. Guest Suite

Enjoy this large newly built space in the heart of Granville Village and an easy walk to Denison University and downtown Granville. There is a private entrance with combination lock to come and go as you please. Private bedroom with king sized bed; second double bed with memory foam mattress in separate area. Off-street parking for your car offers easy access to entry, street parking for extra vehicle. Private patio with table and chairs.

The Sleepover

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment in Historic Hudson Avenue Community. This top floor apartment is an affordable option with all the conveniences of home. With access to St Rt 16, this location makes commuting very easy. Within a mile of Downtown Newark, Ohio, you'll find plenty of dining and entertainment options. A detailed manual can be found in the apartment with lots of local suggestions.

The Cottage at River's Bend

Located on the scenic Kokosing River enjoy the best sounds and breathtaking sunsets this river has to offer. A short distance to Kenyon college, Honey Run waterfalls, hunting, fishing, Apple Valley Lake, Kokosing bike trail and Ohio Amish country. You won't run out of things to do. Then relax and unwind with a seasonal heated outdoor shower and peaceful patio to watch the sunsets and the abundant wildlife.
