The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Sue’s south coast cottage

Welcome to Sue’s Cottage, a beautiful 400 year old cottage in Sompting, near Lancing Beach. I have lovingly restored this family home so that it is warm and welcoming for my friends, children, grandchildren and you! My 5 grandkids are to thank for the addition of a hot tub, tree swing, water kitchen and play house area. The cottage is 5 mins from Lancing Beach & near both Brighton and Worthing. There is plenty to do around this wonderful part of the Sussex coast, so come and visit soon.

Just off the A27, the cottage is ideally placed for visiting Brighton, Lewes, Arundel, Steyning, and the many picturesque villages nearby.

The White House in steyning is a period cottage arranged over split levels with direct access to footpaths leading to the South Downs Way. Located on a quiet country lane offering a rural and tranquil setting within a 5 min walking distance to the beautiful historic market town of Steyning with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and regular farmers markets. The White House enjoys a lovely private garden with far reaching views, a courtyard and bbq and seating area.

Furbelows. Sea View Apartment, Lancing Beach

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.

Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.

Emoyeni is a private, self-contained annexe with its own entrance, set alongside our home. It’s a modern, compact studio with a kitchen/lounge area, comfortable double bed and a compact but functional shower room with sink and toilet. Ideal for couples or solo guests looking for a relaxed base to explore Worthing and West Sussex, or a comfortable stay for work. The space is very compact and not really suited to infants.
