Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

Starte deine Wanderungen direkt vor der Tür am Westweg, oder Mountainbiketour durch den Schwarzwald. Fahre mit der S-Bahn (8 min mit dem Auto .) in 30min. Nach Basel, Frankreich ist 45 Minuten entfernt, Freiburg eine Stunde. Feldberg 45 Minuten. Schwimmbad Schweigmatt ist ein Vereinsbad. Man kann für 20 Euro für 4 mal erwerben.

Von hier aus sind es nur fünf Gehminuten bis zur Messe Basel, zum Musical Theater, oder zum Badischen Bahnhof. Die Buslinie 30 in die Innenstadt hält gleich um die Ecke. Unseren Gästen stehen zusätzlich ein Apple Computer, ein grosses TV-Gerät mit Netflix, eine Playstation 4 und superschnelles WiFi zur Verfügung. Keine Küche, kein Balkon und kein Wasserkocher vorhanden.
