This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Don’t worry though, the units are completely separated so you’ll have all the privacy you desire during your stay.

Hello and Welcome! Rosie's place A features a cozy newly renovated clean furnished upper apartment. Very close to everything in Oshkosh. Great for business travelers, vacationers and visiting University of Oshkosh and Hospital families. Breakfast items, fruit, coffee, tea, soda, water & snacks included. Private parking behind the house. Door code will be provided to enter. No minimum stay!

This property is located just minutes from downtown Appleton. It’s centrally located between Oshkosh and Green Bay. There are many unique resturant’s, plenty of parks and lots of special events. Located in a well kept established neighborhood, this property has a nice private back yard. Guests may use one side of the two car garage.
