På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Many elements of the apartment design are based on Niels Bohr, guests can have a unique staying experience with the mixture modern design and historical background.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Fullt utrustad gäststuga (ca 23 kvm +loft) på vår tomt för 4 personer vid en charmig grusstig. Egen parkeringsplats och uteplats. Två vuxencyklar ingår och står vid stugan. Cykla ner till den vackra Kämpingestranden på mindre än 10 minuter eller ta bilen dit på 5 minuter. Restauranger och affärer finns ca 4 km bort i Höllvikens centrum. Två lekplatser ligger nära stugan för barn att leka på. Nära Kämpinge, Höllviken, Skanör, Falsterbo, Malmö, Trelleborg, Köpenhamn.

I stugan finns ett sovrum med två sängar, ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och en fåtölj och en liten matplats. Fräscht kök med spis, ugn, microugn och vatten- och kaffekokare samt stort badrum med duschkabin och möjlighet till tvätt. Ca 20 min bilfärd till Kastrup Flygplats och 10 min till Malmö.
