Sunnyhall Bothy is a newly refurbished one-bedroom gem located in the rolling countryside by the Sidlaw Hills. Originally built in 1874 and refurbished to a high standard, this charming cottage provides rural bliss for two people with a king-size master bedroom; large luxurious shower room; fully fitted kitchen; and the wood burning stove in the living room is just the place to relax after a long day out. This beautiful property is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility.

It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel.
