Whole top floor, two ensuite bedrooms & Breakfast.

Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

When you book the room specify the exact number of guests & please provide me a photo of your face for recognition on arrival. Breakfast facilities are available in the room. NO LAUNDRY ALLOWED. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. A nice clean bedroom with 2 single beds, with a wardrobe, cabinet as bed side table, chair, mirror, an office desk and small fridge, shared bathroom. Minimum stay 2 nights. Check in from 2pm to 9pm - NO LATER. Check out strictly by 10am. I am in ULTRA LOW EMMISION ZONE

Your London adventure starts in my VERY central flat, 1 block from Trafalgar Square, King bed or 2 singles, own bathroom. I have my own bedroom & bath, helpful tips for your special stay. Eco-friendly; breakfast options include gluten and dairy-free. Great gym in building. UNSUITABLE for people with disabilities as there are stairs to the lift. When the lift is occasionally out of order, there are 91 stairs. As in most London homes: no air conditioning but fans provided. No street parking.

This calm and stylish space is situated on the 1st floor at the back of the property away from the host's quarters. Private bathroom & use of full kitchen by arrangement. 10% discount for non use of kitchen. 2nd guest option for £10 per night. The townhouse is next to Bishops Park in south west Fulham with its beautiful grounds, palace, cafe, and river walks. It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

The room has a Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm in this period house. Guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. Lovely, Spacious Dbl in Grade II Georgian Home

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the top floor, a typically English style double room, perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests. Our prices are inclusive for bed and Breakfast. (cooked included) We also do not charge a cleaning fee! We also have one other twin room, on the same floor, which is perfect for family bookings.

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays.
