Guests enter a captivating peace-filled space (a separate apartment in the lower level of our home), which is surrounded by forests and gardens where all kinds of life flourishes. Our sustainability practices (see below) demonstrate our commitment to helping life flourish--at Fern Creek and beyond. Note that while the photos show our house when it was green, it has recently been repainted blue.

Our secluded neighborhood offers the perfect area for walking, running, or bike riding, and the wineries of Dundee are so close! Be warned that we live on the edge of the forest. Owls, deer, raccoons, squirrels, possums, and foxes frequent our yard.

Our property is available to adults looking for some peaceful time. Conveniently located, our home will be a retreat to come back to after a day of exploring gastronomy and wineries in nearby towns. Numerous vineyards are in the immediate vicinity. On clear days enjoy views from our large deck of Mt Hood, St Helens, Rainier, and local vinery. Our home is centrally located within a mile of downtown Newberg near its restaurants and bars. You'll be a 5 to 20 minute drive to the multitude of beautiful wineries Oregon has to offer. If you're into water sports, we're less than a mile to Rodgers Landing park on the Willamette River. At the end of your day, enjoy wine on the patio with a fire pit and cafe lights.

Property is a 35-acre farm located between Newberg and Carlton on Highway 240 in the heart of Oregon's Pinot Noir wine country. Currently, half of the farm is in hay production and the other half is densely wooded. Exceptional location at the edge of the Dundee Hills AVA in close proximity to Newberg, Dundee, and Carlton. There are more than 80 wineries and 200 vineyards in Yamhill County, representing the largest wine producing region in Oregon.
