The property is nestled on a peaceful hillside surrounded by olive groves, small stone hamlets, and fishing villages. The medieval UNESCO-protected seaside fortress town of Kotor, the idyllic Venetian republic maritime towns of Rose and Perast, and the glitz of Porto Montenegro, Europe’s largest super-yacht marina, are all a short drive away.

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offer one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a little challenge but we promise it is worth it!
