A maximum of 6 people are allowed to stay overnight in the condo. *** Punta Mita is a highly walkable town offering a blend of expats and locals, and all the amenities including restaurants, bars, surf shops & more.

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

The studio bungalow with two private terraces and a bathroom has Wi-Fi, kitchen and cleaning service (Monday to Saturday). All requests to bring pets will be automatically denied.
