With private access to the water and dock and our brand new custom sauna, and two public beaches within a 5 minute walk, unwind, relax and reset in the heart of our quiet cottage neighbourhood. Find a variety of shops, restaurants and local attractions in Midland and Orillia (both a 20 minute drive) like Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons and Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre!

Fully equipped kitchen, double oven, granite counter. In winter, snowshoes and snow saucers. At Christmas the house is decorated and boasts a 15 ft tree. 20-25 minutes from Mount St. Louis ski hill and several beaches.

Private outdoor space includes hot tub, deck, fire pit, and walking trails. We have a barn with ping pong and foosball tables. We are 20 min to Barrie, 10 min to Midland, 20 min to Balm beach, Wasaga beach, Mt. St Louis and Horseshoe Valley resort.
