In the heart of Kemptown, the Georgian-style three-storey house has every comfort and is within easy reach of all of Brighton. The beach is steps from the house. Kemptown itself has many shops, cafes and restaurants but the pier is within five minutes walk along the seafront. Recent renovations in 2021 include a new cloakroom with sink and WC in the basement.
