Get ready for a wild ride! The ONLY good thing about this was the location. However, it doesn’t even rival the vile property.

Where do I start?! There was no hand soap or sanitizer or any cleaning products to be seen, except an old sponge + filthy broom. The property hasn’t been cleaned in months.

The scariest thing was the mold in/on the air conditioner, the fridge, and the bathroom vent. This was extremely unsafe. My partner who was with me works in mold abatement + this is an unfit situation for living beings.

The toilet had a speck of feces on it, a pubic hair, and dried up toilet paper stuck on the seat & lid. Mystery wall splatter next to said toilet. The bathroom ceiling had peeling paint.

Dead bugs EVERYWHERE. Under & on surfaces.

The couch was stained.

The entire space reeked of urine.

The door to the space had a loose knob, which was the only entry / exit to the little house.

The bedroom window had zero covering, with full view of the neighboring 5 unit’s parking area. No privacy.

Stains on every wall. Maybe water damage, may be general dirt. Not sure.

I wish I could publicly post the pictures. This listing + host should be banned from air b&b and any site like it.

Air B&b has given me a full refund, agreed this is not acceptable. Let’s hope they remove this listing, because I may never use this site again if they don’t.

I like this spot because it was next to the railroad tracks, and I like trains. But the grounds are very unattended. Inside wasn’t very clean spiderwebs a lot of places and nothing to Cook with.
