This place is in a ghetto neighborhood teeming with a lot of homeless people who set up tents on the main road at night .Some of these homeless people are mentally unstable and psychotic. It is a dilapidated building which has too many problems. When it rains, the driveway gets flooded making it impossible to walk to the main road. There are no lights on at night leading to the building. You will keep tripping up on the three speed bumps. The rooms are small with barely enough room to navigate around the bed. The doors creek very loudly waking up everybody when you go to the bathroom at night. Some of the windows had missing locks or they won't lock at all - (front window next to the door). There is an old washing machine in the back to wash your clothes. This machine does not work too well. There is no dryer. You have to hang your clothes on a line to dry. There is a park right next door where people play basketball till late at night. The noise from the people playing basketball is too loud. It is also a place where a lot of homeless people hang out. There is trash all over the place left by the homeless people.
This is the kind of accommodation I expect in a ghetto in a 3rd world country - and definitely not in Hawaii

Jeimy’s place is close and convenient to many local spots- everything you need to for a great vacation! Her apartment was clean, spacious and provided everything we needed for our week in paradise.

Great place to stay! Centrally located!

Adorable duplex apartment! Parking is tough but the home is worth it. The basketball courts are a little loud at night but tolerable. We had everything we needed, it was very comfortable.
