Very nice apartment. The lanai with a passthrough from the kitchen, and the second bathroom were especially appreciated. Janet is wonderful, and The Cliffs has the best customer service anywhere, ever. Examples: there was unanticipated daytime construction noise, so they switched us to an identical, quiet unit before we arrived. We had software issues with the EV charger and the manager and maintenance man went way above and beyond after hours getting it to work for us. You can rent an EV with confidence . We loved the environmentally responsible philosophy of The Cliffs. The fans blowing cool tropical evening air through the apartment was so much nicer than AC.

My stay at Janet’s place was wonderful. The unit was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located on the North Shore of Kauai. The Cliffs is a beautiful, peaceful property with amazing ocean views and easy access to nearby beaches, Hanalei Bay, and Princeville Center. Janet was a responsive and thoughtful host, making everything seamless from check-in to checkout. Highly recommend this place and would definitely love to stay again!

We came to Kauai for my birthday and our wedding anniversary, we love it here! My husband works in construction, and we were so excited to have a break with no kids, to relax, nap, adventure. We have stayed at the Cliffs before, but I felt like the $15 a day parking wasn't told to you after you booked, when the add said all fees included, but parking was extra after you get there.
We were excited to nap and relax in paradise but the next morning we arrived we were woken by loud banging and machinery, the entire condo building was getting remodeled besides the one unit we were staying in. we walk out on our patio and there is a big truck hauling a huge metal dumpster right park it right in front of our balcony. The sound was so loud, so I reached out to the host and she was incredible at her response time and relying that she wasn't aware of the construction and sent over a beautiful basket of fruit and refunded me a night. I felt disappointed only because the sound ruined the trip.

Everything was just as Janet said it would be, everything looked just like pictures.
