The apartment is as on the photos and is very nice. It has a nice view over the city.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is that that the building is old and worn down. Sames goes for both the gym and the swimming pool. The gym is located in the basement, and it smells of mold there. There are only a few pieces of equipment, and they are in poor condition. The swimming pool is also in the basement. I went swimming once, but it felt like the water wasn’t very clean. There was also a moldy smell in the pool area. I didn’t go swimming a second time.

Communication with the host was effortless and she kindly let me check-in early, which I highly appreciated.
