I really don’t understand why she wants to rent a room if she clearly doesn’t want to have people in her place, she expects to never see you around, even crossing from the room to the bathroom, so you must to leave really early and get back really late to no see her, otherwise she would start argue for herself, saying how dare you to be there, which made me feel really uncomfortable. Plus at the end she almost kicked me out of the place saying you have one minute left to leave my place, was 11:59am, and she was expecting me to take out the small trash can that was in the room, so why is the cleaning fee? Apart of all that the place truly need a deep cleaning, smells dirty and weird, I had to buy a scented thing during my stay.

Embora o espaço fosse fiel às fotos, a Deycke criou uma série de empecilhos que não estão descritos nas informações da locação. O mais grave deles foi o fato de ela proibir que eu retornasse ao apartamento no meio da manhã ou do dia, sob a alegação de que o espaço dela não era um "daytime hang out" e que os convidados deveriam sair pela manhã e retornar ao final do dia. A situação foi tão absurda que eu precisei contatar o serviço de suporte do Airbnb, que apenas acreditou no que eu dizia porque ela enviou essa exigência por escrito na plataforma de mensagens do Airbnb, então ficou registrado. Não posso dizer que isso estragou a minha viagem, porque o suporte do Airbnb me assegurou que eu poderia, entrar, sair e permanecer o tempo que eu desejasse dentro do quarto. De todo modo, é um aborrecimento desnecessário para uma viagem de lazer.

Outstanding! Deycke is a wonderful host, proactively communicating throughout the stay and very considerate to her guests. The place is conveniently located in Brooklyn, just a couple of subway stops away from Manhattan and Queens. Moreover, the Bedford-Nostrand subway stop is a block away. The place is clean and comfortable, and her cats are adorable! I'm confident to claim that this listing offers the best value for money in all of New York!
